I sent out a few invites to Win at the Web, for the alpha test tonight!
However, I think I will be limiting the number of users simply because there isn’t much functionality yet. I will be implementing facebook integration in the next week, and will likely expand the number of users after that.
I also made the uservoice forum public, so comments from anyone are appreciated!

Everything is proceeding well in preparation for alpha invites to be sent out by tomorrow evening. Finishing up the last of the show stopper bugs. There will be plenty to do after alpha, but I really want to get it in front of some users for feedback. Leave a comment here, or add your email to the website if you’d like an invite.

Taking my time getting this alpha going….juggling the day job & life has pushed back the alpha test a bit. Right now I am shooting for invites sent out after the Thanksgiving holiday. Stay tuned!

As long as development stays on track, alpha invites will be sent out by the end of the week. This is your chance to be involved in helping to direct the future of Win at the Web!
More news soon…

A few weeks into the development of WIN AT THE WEB! Just me working on this for now, as is probably obvious by the absolutely STUNNING design work associated with the coming soon page! We’ll get there….trying to get an alpha version finished by early December to open up to a small group for feedback. At that point perhaps I can get a designer interested in helping out.
What is WIN AT THE WEB? It is a web game in which points are gained or lost based on the users activity at various social networking sites, such as Twitter and Facebook. Similar to the various social networking ranking sites, except more competitive, fun and hilarious. Oh, and with custom badges, achievements and levels.
Ok…back to coding!
